1. Acceptance of terms

By using this site or placing an order with EMPACALO, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products and pricing

We sell cardboard boxes and packing supplies. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price and availability that apply are the ones shown when you confirm your order.

3. Orders and payment

Card payments are processed securely by Clover; we never see or store your card number. If your order uses a manual payment method (e.g. Zelle or bank transfer), it stays "Pending" until we confirm payment.

4. Recurring orders

If you set up a recurring order, you will be charged automatically each cycle (weekly or monthly) to your saved payment method, using the address and quantity you configured. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect starting the next cycle.

5. Shipping

We ship to any address within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier. We'll email you when your order ships, with tracking when available.

6. Returns and damages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@empacalo.us with photos and your order number, and we'll resolve it (replacement or refund as applicable).

7. User accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EMPACALO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The last-updated date is shown above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
