Frequently asked questions
What does "275 lb double wall" mean?
The board has two layers of corrugated fluting instead of one, and passes a 275 lb per square inch bursting test. In practice: the box stays square when stacked and doesn't buckle with heavy items inside.
Do boxes come assembled?
No, they ship flat. Folding one takes a few seconds; tape the bottom seam and it's ready.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States. When your order ships we email you the tracking number.
How much is shipping?
Orders ship by courier on pallets, with a minimum of 80 boxes per order — you can mix any sizes. You see the exact total before paying.
How do I pay?
By card on our secure checkout page. If online payment isn't enabled yet, we'll email you to arrange payment (Zelle, bank transfer, etc.).
Do you have wholesale pricing?
Yes — the price per box drops automatically once you order 50 or more of the same size. Message us from the Wholesale section for exact pricing on your volume.
